FQTOOLS

fqtools is a package that provides tools for efficient FASTQ files
manipulation.

For now, the following programs are available:

    fqconvert   (convert quality scores),
    fqduplicate (duplicate entries finder),
    fqextract	(entries extractor),
    fqquality	(quality based filter),
    fqseqname	(list entries names),
    fqseqpair	(list pair names),
    fqstats	(show statistics).
